Jemstone Financial has been buying and selling businesses in this Sector for many years.  The first instructions came from Securitas which involved a Divisions search programme to identify suitable companies to help build their Remote Monitoring Division and Mobile/Keyholding.  Following successful transactions Jemstone responded to a request from Securitas to assist them with acquisitions in Hong Kong and Singapore.  As a result Jemstone have built a knowledge of Security Businesses in that region.

emstone Financial was introduced to Nigel Godden whilst working on behalf of Securitas and recently Nigel has agreed to head up the Security Services division of Jemstone.  This division currently has both buying and selling mandates as well as valuation work in the Sector.  Nigel brings hands on experience of the sector having held senior positions with Security Businesses.

 

During 2018/19 Jemstone Financial concluded the sale of a substantial Remote Monitoring Facility to Chubb, bought and sold Manned Guarding companies and assisted with interim management of a specialist security company.
