Martin Stone
Chief Executive
Martin formed FMCB Consultancy Limited in 1981 creating a company focussed on developing increasing opportunities for a dedicated corporate finance operation within the SME market. FMCB Consultancy became one of the first limited companies to be authorised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales.
During the ensuing years, Martin has held directorships in numerous companies including an international firm of consulting engineers, an AIM listed Leisure Company and a fully listed group of Nursing Homes. As a consequence he has acquired hands on expertise covering a wide range of businesses, which has enabled him to be qualified to manage and organise the processes of buying, selling or running a business from beginning to end.
Acquisition profiling work is a particular expertise to Martin which he has developed to assist in building substantial companies.
Martin has utilised his technical knowledge to work on the privatisation of health and road projects in the UK, investigate split capital trusts and restructure businesses.
Outside the office Martin is a keen sports fan and plays golf and tennis. He has been appointed Chairman of the Wingate Youth Trust who’s main aim is providing multi-cultural sport for young people and previously he worked for over 20 years for the Ravenswood Homes for children with learning difficulties.
Victor Kaye
Corporate & Finance Analyst
Vic has 25 years experience in finance and accountancy having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO. He has acted as a senior management accountant and interim FD in companies both small and large.
Vic draws on his extensive network of contacts and his financial expertise to help Board directors of companies achieve growth through corporate finance activities including debt and equity sourcing; financial restructuring, business planning and management information provision. In addition Vic has prepared Company Valuations and prepared business for their eventual sale.

Emily Stone
Property Director
Emily has extensive experience in the Residential Property Market. This covers all aspects of Property Management ranging from preparation of rentai agreement to inventories.
Emily has also project managed the building of 14 flats and helped design and furnish a portfolio of properties.
Nigel Godden
Security Services Director
With forty years’ experience in the security industry, Nigel’s expertise spreads across a number of disciplines. Initially as a Divisional Managing with Securiguard Group for manned guarding in London and the south of England, Nigel started the Groups Aviation Security company and worked with US Airlines to develop a computerised passenger profiling system. Nigel then specialised in Aviation Security with The ADI Group and gained experience in operating in Europe, The US, South Africa, The Philippines and Thailand.
In 1996 Nigel formed his own manned guarding company Alpha Plus Security. He built an experienced management team and Alpha Plus became a significant company in the market, synonymous for its quality and flexibility of service. Nigel sold his shares in the company in 2014 and is now a consultant specialising in all aspects of manned security, integrated systems and company performance standards. Nigel is a member of a number security associations, has sat on industry committees and is held in high regard by all who know him. He has a global network of contacts.
Nigel joins Jemstone as Head of the Security Division assisting with mergers and acquisitions and other related consultancies.
Administration
Keng Nam is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in accountancy, taxation and company secretarial services.
Keng Nam currently produces monthly Management Accounts and Reports to the Board of Directors of two major industrial companies as well as advising small companies and individuals on their Accounting and taxation affairs.
